Deine Aufgaben
Während Deines Praktikums arbeitest Du eingebunden in Projektteams an spannenden Projekten der verschiedensten Branchen mit. Dabei erarbeitest Du selbstständig Analysen, führst Recherchen durch, begleitest Interviews und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen. Du erlebst bei uns die ganze Bandbreite der vielfältigen Aufgaben und Themen einer Unternehmensberatung für Private Equity Fonds. Unsere Branchenexpertise umfasst neben den „Klassikern“ wie Automotive, IT oder Maschinenbau, auch Medizintechnik, Medien, HighTech und eine Vielzahl von Nischenbranchen.

Unser CODEX Mentoring- und Trainings-Programm unterstützt Dich dabei von Anfang an, die wesentlichen Arbeitsmethoden einer Berater*in zu lernen und erfolgreich anzuwenden.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bei Praktikumsstart mindestens das 3. Semester Deines Bachelors abgeschlossen – bei uns sind alle Studienrichtungen willkommen.
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Monate Zeit.
  • Du bist engagiert und motiviert.
  • Du löst gerne komplexe Aufgabenstellungen und hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen.
  • Du legst Wert auf eine hohe Qualität Deiner Arbeit.
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Humor.
  • Du sprichst exzellentes Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse bzw. sprichst exzellentes Englisch und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Du hast mit Excel und PowerPoint erste Erfahrungen gemacht.

Your mission
During your internship, you will work in project teams on exciting projects within a wide range of industries. You will independently analyse data, conduct market research and interviews and assist in the preparation of presentations. You will be able to experience the entire range of diverse tasks and topics of a management consultancy for private equity funds. You will have exposure to a variety of industries such as automotive, IT, mechanical engineering, medical technology, media or high tech.
Our CODEX mentoring and training programme supports you from day one so you can learn and successfully apply the essential working methods of a consultant.

Your profile
  • You have completed at least the third semester of your bachelor’s degree when you start your internship – we welcome all fields of study.
  • You are available for at least two months.
  • You are committed and motivated.
  • You like to solve complex problems and you are good in handling numbers
  • You set high value on the quality of your own work.
  • You as pproach people in an open and friendly way and have a sense of humour.
  • You speak excellent German and have good English language skills (both spoken and written) or you speak excellent English and have very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
  • You are IT-savvy and proficient in standard Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
